Here are some FAQ concerning our returns:

Q1. Am I able to return my product?

Yes, of course! Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label for returning the item and these will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of order placement. Our support team is always here to assist you every step of the way. Please note that return or exchange eligible product(s) is disallowed since all Yingcomm sales are final.

Q2. Am I able to return my product without providing a reason?

Sales of all of our products are final. No items shall be returned for credit or replacement without prior consent and an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by us.

Yingcomm will first confirm whether there is a potential problem that may be covered by a warranty or replacement service.

Q3. May I return my products without notification?

Yingcomm values its relationship with you, you should write to us prior to sending your return, and we will offer you a shipping option to return authorized items. Please inform us of the tracking number after the return package is despatched. Any products returned without such prior notification will not be accepted by us and will be returned to you freight collect.

Q4. What is the return period for a defective product?

You have a 30 day returns period from the date that you received the package. If you contact us within the first 30 days with a defective product, we’ll be happy to replace this for you. However, a return and refund will need to be approved through our helpful support team using the RMA request form.

Q5. How do I start the returns process?

You’ll first need to email us at RMA@yingcomm.com providing your order number and the completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Letter. We aim to reply to you within 48 hours to approve the request if applicable.

Once we’ve received your RMA, we will first confirm whether it can be replaced / repaired and determine warranty coverage, in order to make a final determination.

Important: If you attempt to return your product without a RMA number and RMA acknowledgment form, the return will not go ahead, by default the product will be returned back to you with freight collect instead.

When you receive the RMA number and RMA acknowledgment form, Please re-package the products appropriately and sent them to the return location recorded on the issued RMA Acknowledgment Form, place the RMA acknowledgment form inside the package, attaching the RMA number marked on the outside of the carton clearly.

Important: You are responsible for the protection of returned products by proper packaging and shipping of them in their original protective packaging or an equivalent substitute. All parts must be packed securely inside the external shipping carton to prevent product damage.

In addition, If you need a packaging guideline for returned products, email us at RMA@yingcomm.com.

Once you’re dispatched the package back to us, please email us a copy of the RMA acknowledgment form along with the tracking number to RMA@yingcomm.com so we know when to expect its arrival.

Important: Any unauthorized returns or freight collect won’t be accepted and may be returned to you again.

If a returned product contains parts that are no longer available or repairable, we will contact you to discuss the further resolution.
