We carry a wide array of antenna mounting types, such as magnetic mount, adhesive mount, screw mount (roof / through-hole), connector mount, patch mount, wall mount / bolt-on or pole, ceiling mount, pin mount, solder mount, pole mount, fixed bracket mount and SMD mount.
An RF cable is a type of electrical cable meant for transferring your RF signal to the radiating portion of the radio system.
Attenuation in a coaxial cable depends on the frequency and cable length itself. We have to take into account the coaxial cable length since radio waves are tuned wavelengths of energy. RF coaxial cable attenuation occurs when signals travel through cables but not all of the signal reaches the other end of the RF cable. Signal loss increases with the length of the cable ( i.e. the longer the cable, the greater the loss of RF energy that will occur in the coaxial cable).
We have a huge variety of antenna mounting types. Such as straight, right angle, right angle for PCB, rear mount bulkhead, front mount bulkhead, right angle bulkhead, 2-hole panel, 4-hole panel.
Currently, we offer:
SMA, SMB, SSMB, SMC, QDS, MCX, MMCX, SMP, I-PEX (I, II, III, IV), BNC, TNC, DIN 7/16, PL75-9 / PL75-47 / PL75-60 / BJ72 / BJ73 / BJ75 / BJ75-9 / BJ77 / BJ77-2 (triaxial-coaxial connector), FME, N, F, TS9, CRC9, FAKRA, MC-Card, GSC, MCG, Wiclic, GT5 F (Grey), AVIC, 3.5 mm & 6.35 mm stereo audio jack socket solder.
Should you be interested in other coaxial connectors, email us at 1@yingcomm.com. Please be sure to include a reference picture of the connector in natural lighting (without any edits), or send us a drawing of the RF coaxial connector.
We Presently Offers:
50 Ω and 75 Ω military, test instrument and commerical grades coaxial connectors. Frequency up to 110 GHz.
RF Cable Style: flexible, semi-flexible, semi-rigid and corrugated.
For any coax cable assembly inquiries, just send us an email at 1@yingcomm.com.
Currently, The shortest coaxial cables we can customized is 18mm.
We presently can supply:
I-PEX MHF plug (male) connectors including MHF, MHF 37, MHF II, MHF III, MHF IV.
It will be associated with a micro coaxial cable like 0.81 mm, 1.13 mm, 1.32 mm, 1.37 mm, 1.48 mm and RG178 coax cable.
An I-PEX MHF plug connector has several series which provide an alternative for a Hirose U. FL connector, a Hirose W. FL connector, and a Murata HSC connector.
An I-PEX MHF III micro plug connector is fully compatible with the W.FL series, Amphenol MHC-251 / 250 series, and the Sunridge MCD series.
As a general rule, the higher the grade (the number following the ‘N’), the stronger the magnet.
The highest grade presently available is N52.
Grade available: N27~N52, N33M~N50M, N30H~N48H, N30SH~N45SH, N28UH~N40UH, N28EH~N38EH…
Things to know when using NdFeB Magnets, iron tends to rust it is exposed to oxygen and water.
To protect the magnet from corrosion, it is usually preferable for the magnet to be coated.
Nickel Coating is the most common and usually preferred. Some other options for coating are zinc, tin, gold, copper and epoxy.
You can machine some magnets, but due to the brittle nature of most magnets, it is recommended that you should contact the magnet manufacturer with the requisite skill sets.
