Q2. Who bears the Telegraphic Transfer fees?
Yingcomm is a Chinese company based in Nanchang. If you are ordering outside of China and making an international telegraphic transfer, with each payment, specific codes are used by the sending bank to understand how any payment charges work.
A customer is usually offered one of the following three choices on who is to bear any charges in relation to a payment (IMPORTANT: Payments should be made “OUR”. No foreign bank charges are accepted.)
“OUR”: All charges will be directed to you as the sending bank. Unless you request otherwise, transfers are usually sent as “OUR”. We will also specify it on the invoice.
“BEN”: BEN (BENeficiary) means you do not pay any charge. The beneficiary receives your payment less all transfer charges. Please choose option “OUR” as all fees relating to the transfer should be charged to the sender, at the request of the sender.
“SHA” (SHAred): The remitters will pay charges to the sending bank, the beneficiary will receive the amount transferred, less the corresponding (intermediary) bank charges.
Q3. Why did my payment not go through?

Check all of your personal information matches with your debit card. If you cannot solve the issue, please call your debit card company to verify the information they have on file.
Also, check if your debit card is restricted to making internal T / Ts only (Yingcomm is a China-based company).
If the problem persists, email support@yingcomm.com.
